A New and Improved 1CupHistory Is Coming!
We are rebuilding 1CupHistory.Church from the ground up because our current hosting service is retiring support for some of the older technology behind the site. This gives us an opportunity to move to a newer, safer, and more reliable platform which uses new, state of the art technologies.
The new updated site will preserve its familiar organization and historical materials while adding a modern design, easier navigation and search, better mobile support, and stronger security and privacy protections.
If you currently have a login, you will be issued an invitation to join when the new site goes live. Invited members will have individual profiles with secure sign-in and password recovery. We also plan to let members securely submit photographs, sermons, publications, and other historical materials for review.
This current website will remain available during this transition. We are carefully preserving its sermons, records, photographs, publications, Bible resources, and family histories. No action is required from visitors at this time.
Thank you for your patience as we build a safer and more useful home for 1CupHistory.
Note: We have finished scanning all of the Christian Courier issues we have access to. There are still several issues missing from our archives. A list of missing issues may be viewed by clicking this Missing Issues link. If you or anyone you know has any of these missing issues, please contact us via email at ChristianCourier1Cup@gmail.com or this Contact Us button.
A note for our African brethern and friends: Nakala na hati zote za Kiswahili zinaweza kupatikana kwa kubofya kitufe cha 'Kiswahili'. Hadi yote yawe yameingizwa ipasavyo kwenye mfumo wetu, unaweza kuyatazama kwa kutumia kitufe cha 'Makala'.
Dear brothers and sisters, family, friends, and guests,
Welcome to 1CupHistory.Church, a repository for current and historical information concerning our old school, true-to-the-word Congregations of The Church of Christ.
We take the privacy and security of everyone's personal information very seriously. Our new sign-in system is now operational, so if you are one of our church members, please use the Contact Us button in our About Us page to let us know you visited, and to request a username and password if you'd like full access to the site.
All of the articles hosted on Bro. Ellis Foresman's website ChurchOfChristOneCup.org have been downloaded, including their directory, articles and publications, and shared here on this site. Their articles may be found under the History / Church of Christ 1 Cup buttons, some of them being translated to the African language Swahili which can be found under the Swahili button. The congregations in the Directory may be accessed by our Congregations button. We have transferred all their Christian Courier issues to this site, as well as scanning in as many other missing issues as we have access to, where they are now available from the Christian Couriers button. As new Christian Courier issues become available, they are added monthly as well.
